Product Features

  • The flame retardant synergistic enhancer belongs to nano inorganic attapulgite clay. It has a nano-bristle fiber rod-like structure.

  • How it works: At high temperature, it can lose its structural water to generate water vapor, block oxygen, help to form a carbon layer, reduce combustion rate, flame retardant, smoke suppression, and promote char formation, thereby improving the flame retardant effect of flame retardant products.

  • At the same time, it also has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, low heating weight loss, ablation molding, etc., and the particle size is extremely fine, with excellent dispersibility, so that it can be well integrated into the plastic molecules, and the bending strength is improved from the original PP. The halogen-free 22.43 is upgraded to PP halogen-free 32.43, and the oxygen index of PP halogen-free is greater than 27.

Recommendations

  • 1. The added amount of bromine-antimony composite flame retardant formula is 20~50% of the flame retardant (1:1.5, instead of bromine-antimony ratio of 2:1)

  • 2. The amount added in the phosphorus-nitrogen compound flame retardant formula is 20~50% of the flame retardant (different materials have different requirements)
