BA-477 is a physicochemical spray particle with a whiteness above 85, with the best fluidity and dispersion, and is suitable for white natural color and various engineering plastics.

Applicable industries

  • Flame retardant PP, PA, PE, PS, ABS and EPS and various alloys flame retardant

  • PE rubber and plastic sheath material and PVC cable material

  • Elastomers TPE/TPU and thermoplastic elastomers and various rubber particles

  • Textile Coating Flame Retardant Performance Materials

  • Flame retardant of wood-plastic products and outdoor rattan imitation wood products

  • Fire retardant coatings and adhesive products

Product Features

  • The flame retardant synergist belongs to nano inorganic clay.

  • The flame retardant synergist belongs to a very fine and uniform hard flake structure, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, ablation molding, etc., extremely fine particle size, excellent dispersion, and its hard structure is compatible with the bonding of various products. Good performance, so that the stamping resistance grade is excellent.

  • The principle of flame retardant synergist is that it can release structural water at high temperature, assist in the formation of a carbon layer, reduce the burning rate, flame retardant, smoke suppression, and promote char formation, thereby improving the flame retardant effect of flame retardant products.

Recommendations

  • 1. The added amount of bromine-antimony composite flame retardant formula is 20~50% of the flame retardant (1:1.5, replacing the bromine-antimony ratio of 2:1)

  • 2. Phosphorus-nitrogen compound and halogen-free flame retardant formulations should be added in an amount of 20~50% of the flame retardant (different materials have different requirements)
